Position: Electrical Designer for Energy Sector
Location: southwestern ontario

Become a key player in energy project design as an Electrical Designer. Assist with innovative projects across renewable energy, distribution, and power generation while ensuring compliance with standards.
As an intermediate-level Electrical Designer, you will collaborate with engineers, perform QA checks, and manage drafting tasks with precision.

Your role is essential for ensuring that projects adhere to budget and timeline constraints as you support teams in developing critical design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design activities for energy projects

• Conduct detailed quality assurance on engineering models

• Ensure all drafting work meets required specifications

• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure design compatibility

• Engage in field engineering work and site visits
Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in relevant fields

• College Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology mandatory

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Micro Station

• Knowledge of CSA standards advantageous

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
