Expert Project Manager for Transportation Initiatives

Drive impactful transportation initiatives as an Expert Project Manager specializing in roadway design. Lead multi-discipline teams and manage all project facets in a full-time role.
In this pivotal role, you will guide the Transportation team in managing complex roadway projects effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass financial management, proposal development, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to enhancing the transportation infrastructure in communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of roadway design teams and projects

• Direct financial management including resource allocation

• Develop and manage project proposals and timelines

• Collaborate with team leaders for project staffing

• Enforce quality management systems and safety programs
Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is mandatory

• Minimum of ten years in roadway project management required

• Strong leadership and client relationship skills needed

• Experience with municipal and MTO projects essential

• University degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on design
