Location: southwestern ontario
Join Raytheon in Waterloo, Ontario, as a Principal Specialist in Systems Engineering, where your leadership skills in system integration will shine. This role focuses on product development, testing, and customer interactions in radar systems.
You will play a pivotal role in managing system requirements, documentation, and integration efforts for diverse teams. Leading projects, you will recommend technology advancements via trade studies and ensure seamless transitions from development to production, while also supporting customer engagements and program reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee system requirements for complex projects
• Manage systems engineering documentation for legacy products
• Execute trade studies for capability improvements
• Plan and document qualification testing
• Lead estimation of engineering efforts required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
• Minimum of 10 years in a systems engineering role
• Experience with radar systems and ATC
• Excellent communication skills for team interaction
• Readiness to travel for client engagements
