Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and audit safety processes at the site

• Develop a positive safety culture within Power Co Canada

• Conduct risk assessments and investigations

• Coordinate HSE training and documentation

• Engage with construction teams on safety protocols
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Health/Safety field

• At least 5 years in HSE roles

• Background in high-risk civil sectors

• Successful ISO 45001 management experience

• Strong decision-making skills in emergencies
