Maximize equipment availability and optimize maintenance operations as a Maintenance Systems Planner erage your skills in planning and scheduling to drive production efficiency in an innovative environment.
As a key member of Magna's global team, you will oversee maintenance planning activities to enhance equipment reliability. The role requires a Certificate of Qualification in a skilled trade or related education in engineering. You'll apply your experience in automotive assembly and expertise in CMS or CMMS to implement effective maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance data collection and analysis for improvements
• Implement preventative maintenance applications and software
• Maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling process
• Develop cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work
• Schedule and monitor PM completeness for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification in skilled trade or engineering
• 3-5 years of automotive assembly experience
• Experience with CMS and CMMS software
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of engineering practices and interpretation of drawings
