Elevate your role as a Reliability Engineer with Compass Minerals at the Goderich underground salt mine. Focused on enhancing equipment reliability, this position combines project management and analytical skills.
Your experience of at least 4 years in engineering will be pivotal as you oversee capital projects and support maintenance operations. The role requires a strategic approach to analyze data, promote RAM and RCM practices, and drive improvements in equipment performance. Daily challenges will include identifying innovative solutions that increase operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee capital project management processes
• Implement RAM and RCM practices for equipment
• Analyze and inform maintenance strategies
• Coordinate across teams for project success
• Solve technical problems with effective strategies
Requirements:
• Engineering degree: mechanical, electrical, or civil
• 4+ years in a relevant engineering position
