Position: Senior Contract Administrator for Water Projects
Join RVA as a Senior Contract Administrator focused on water projects, ensuring compliance and quality control while collaborating with stakeholders. Leverage your expertise in contract administration to resolve field issues effectively.
This senior role requires 6+ years of contract administration experience, preferably on municipal water or wastewater projects. You will collaborate closely with the project team, client, and contractor, overseeing project progress and performing inspections. Your skills in problem-solving and decision-making will be essential for successful contract execution and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project team to resolve field issues

• Review submittals and asset management documents

• Oversee quality control and compliance with standards

• Prepare RFQs, Change Directives, and Site Instructions

• Certify contractor payments and manage statutory holdbacks
Requirements:

• 6+ years of contract administration experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or C.E.T. certification

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing

• Proficient in reading engineering drawings
