Key Responsibilities:
• Direct mechanical and electrical construction activities on-site
• Conduct reviews of documentation for conflict resolution
• Manage RFIs and oversee shop drawing approvals
• Supervise progress to match timelines and quality standards
• Prepare project reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• Minimum 5 years managing complex projects
• Experienced in Design-Build projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
