This leadership role requires extensive engineering experience, where you will manage a talented team in the development of advanced AI-based hardware solutions. You will handle Electrical and Mechanical Design, PLC programming, and robotics integration to ensure successful project execution from inception to deployment. Your technical leadership will be crucial in aligning projects with company goals for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering development through best practices

• Lead design, programming, and testing of hardware solutions

• Collaborate closely with various teams for project alignment

• Prepare Bill of Materials and machine manuals for projects

• Conduct inspections to meet industry standards
Requirements:

• Engineering Degree or Diploma preferred

• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and C is a plus

• Familiarity with robotics programming and simulation tools

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
