Key Responsibilities:

• Document and implement metallurgical testing procedures

• Conduct hardness, strain, and tensile testing on materials

• Operate X-ray and XRF testing equipment accurately

• Maintain testing equipment and perform routine checks

• Assess material properties and designate appropriate processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering

• 3-5 years manufacturing experience in automotive

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and standards

• Knowledge of material compositions and their processing

• Competence with plating processes and thin-gauge metals
