Location: Southwestern Ontario
Shape the future of urban landscapes as an Experienced Land Development Engineer ng your civil engineering expertise and innovative design skills to impactful projects in North America.
Egis is expanding rapidly, especially post-acquisition of McIntosh Perry, and we seek an engineer with substantial land development experience. In this senior role, you'll guide project design and execution while mentoring a talented team. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory processes and maintain high standards will be essential for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage diverse land development engineering projects
• Mentor junior team members and engineering interns
• Cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders
• Draft engineering specifications and technical reports
• Interface with clients and regulatory agencies
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering with Ontario Professional Engineering license
• Minimum of 10 years in land development design
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil3D and related software
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
