Senior Project Manager - Industrial Automation

Drive successful industrial automation initiatives as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on complex project execution and cross-functional team leadership. Ensure projects meet customer needs and industry standards.
In this pivotal role, you will guide complex automation projects from planning through completion, leveraging strong project management methodologies. Maintain coordination across teams and communicate with customers to enhance their satisfaction and address any challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct complex projects from planning to completion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives

• Develop detailed project timelines and ensure budget adherence

• Maintain open communications with project stakeholders

• Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement
Requirements:

• Relevant engineering education and project management experience

• Three years in engineering and 1-3 years in project management

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality standards

• Strong skills in project management tools

• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Lead the successful delivery of automation projects while mentoring team members and enhancing customer relationships.
