Magna is seeking an Assembly Process Engineer to lead projects from concept to completion. This position requires at least five years in stamping press equipment and expertise in APQP, CAD, GD&T, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with departments and customers to boost production efficiency and address equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects through all phases

• Prepare documentation focusing on Key Performance Indicators

• Collaborate on solutions for production process enhancements

• Conduct design reviews and coordinate with vendors

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in plant processes

Requirements:

• BSc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with stamping automation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in CAD and APQP processes

• Experience with various stamping press and die workings
