Position: Full-Time Mechanical Coordinator at NAC
Location: st. thomas

Take your expertise further as a Mechanical Project Coordinator with NAC Constructors Ltd., located at the Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility in St. Thomas, ON. The role is focused on mechanical processes, teamwork, and supplier relations.
Working under the Project Manager, you will ensure projects meet mechanical standards and facilitate effective communication among project teams. The successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical understanding and the ability to navigate contract specifications. Experience in construction management and effective communication is critical for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with job site personnel in a team

• Review and ensure mechanical compliance for projects

• Conduct pricing for changes and process documentation

• Maintain accurate project logs with Purchasing Department

• Generate mechanical RFIs and job reporting documentation
Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction experience required

• Proficiency in industry-standard Microsoft software

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Capable of working independently and under pressure

• Valid WHMIS and Health and Safety Awareness training certificates
