Position: Contract Administration for Infrastructure Projects
Location: southwestern ontario

Drive excellence in contract administration as a specialist for civil infrastructure projects. Collaborate on highway and bridge initiatives while ensuring adherence to all contract requirements.
This position requires you to oversee contract administration in conjunction with project initiatives. Interact closely with a variety of stakeholders, including contractors and field personnel, to facilitate smooth project execution. You will also be responsible for supervising staff, developing policies, and conducting reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer contracts for civil highway and bridge projects

• Communicate with project managers and field inspectors

• Create and enforce project quality and safety policies

• Supervise and mentor field staff

• Perform constructability reviews on demand
Requirements:

• OACETT ‘rcca’ or P.Eng. designation essential

• 10+ years in Civil Engineering Infrastructure

• Experience as a Contract Administrator on large contracts

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Strong prioritization and conflict resolution skills
