With a commitment to building quality products, All-Equip is seeking a skilled mechanical designer with over five years of experience in heavy transportation. You will use Onshape to develop and document high-quality designs while fostering a culture of learning among emerging engineers. Your engagement on the shop floor ensures that designs are practical and effective, bridging the gap between concepts and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and release of trailer components

• Create detailed CAD models and drawings to industry standards

• Engage with production to enhance design manufacturability

• Mentor developing engineers and instill design culture

• Participate actively in product testing and real-world environments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years mechanical design background in relevant sectors

• Expertise in CAD software, preferably Onshape

• Deep understanding of manufacturing and welding processes

• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

• Formal education in mechanical engineering or related disciplines
