Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate community improvement and zoning applications

• Liaise with public and private entities to gather input

• Analyze proposals in accordance with municipal policies

• Manage extensive studies related to land planning

• Utilize GIS for data management and reporting

Requirements:

• Four-year Honours Degree in Urban Planning

• Minimum three years land use planning experience

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and GIS software

• Valid Driver's Licence - Class G

• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
