Position: Full-time Maintenance Systems Planner
Location: St. Thomas

In this influential role, you will lead planning activities that enhance operational efficiency and maintain industry standards. You’ll analyze data to improve equipment performance and implement effective maintenance scheduling and tracking processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute maintenance schedules for plant equipment

• Create and present monthly performance reports

• Optimize preventative maintenance applications and software

• Collaborate with production for effective downtime scheduling

• Maintain comprehensive histories of equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Certificate in skilled trade or engineering discipline

• 3-5 years’ automotive assembly experience preferred

• Familiarity with CMS/CMMS and Excel

• Basic knowledge of engineering practices

• Effective communication and leadership skills
