Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for assembly processes

• Develop and maintain equipment and process standards

• Engage in design reviews to enhance manufacturing solutions

• Train plant personnel on new processes as necessary

• Coordinate with engineering teams for compliance checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline

• 5+ years of experience in stamping automation

• Knowledge of APQP, CAD, and PFMEA methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
