Magna is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering. You will lead projects from concept to completion while utilizing stamping press equipment and ensuring continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills and project leadership are essential for improving production processes and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to final implementation

• Prepare engineering documentation and performance reports

• Collaborate with departments to enhance production workflows

• Participate in design reviews and equipment buy-offs

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in stamping automation

• Proficient in CAD software and APQP principles

• Knowledgeable in GD&T, PFMEA, and PPAP standards

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
