Senior Electrical Systems Engineer

In this senior role, you will oversee the electrical design for multiple projects, including aftermarket and new builds in water treatment systems. You'll emphasize cost-efficiency, manufacturability, and standardization while implementing digital tools and AI-driven design methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design custom electrical solutions for water treatment systems
• Develop CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
• Optimize processes using Lean principles and best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and support troubleshooting efforts
Requirements:
• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 7+ years experience
• Experience with control systems for fluid machinery
• Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical
• Familiarity with UL and CSA standards
• Knowledge of communication protocols is a plus
