Environmental Project Coordinator At Wsp

Join WSP’s RPM team as an Environmental Project Coordinator, overseeing critical field work for contaminated site remediation. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure the success of monitoring efforts and technical reporting. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in environmental science and engineering to lead field operations and develop health and safety plans.
Your experience in contaminated site assessment will be crucial as you guide junior staff and collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with regulations and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities   Model secure work practices across all projects
Draft and maintain health and safety plans
Manage schedules for field staff and subcontractors
Coordinate with stakeholders for permits and reporting needs
Conduct field work for soil and groundwater testing
Requirements   University degree in environmental science or related field
Minimum of 5 years in engineering consulting
Proven experience with Phase II ESAs
Solid analytical and communication skills
Eligibility for P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation preferred
