Lead innovative automotive product development as an Advanced Product Development Engineer. Collaborate closely with teams and partners from concept to production, driving the future of automotive technology.
In this pivotal engineering role, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge automotive products. With a minimum of 5 years in automotive manufacturing, you will identify market opportunities, validate concepts, and manage cross-functional projects. Your strong analytical abilities and creative thinking will be essential in guiding projects through their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and define new product opportunities driven by market trends
• Develop and validate product concepts using engineering tools
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with external partners
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to drive product innovation
• Manage development projects from concept through handoff
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of automotive manufacturing experience
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAD and engineering simulation tools
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
