In this senior role at L3

Harris WESCAM, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of complex electronic system development within a supportive engineering team. Your expertise in hardware design, including schematics and PCB development, will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and performance of our systems. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and support integration processes across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop hardware subsystems for projects

• Generate schematics, BOMs, and PCB design artifacts

• Conduct bench validation and hardware subsystem testing

• Participate in technical design reviews for project integrity

• Troubleshoot production and customer equipment issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of military standards and electronic components

• Experience with CAD and PCB layout tools

• Strong analytical and debugging skills

• Ability to obtain Canadian government security clearance
