In this pivotal role, you will lead creative pixel architecture projects, optimizing the performance of CMOS/CCD sensors. Collaborate with an expert engineering team while mentoring junior designers and interfacing with silicon foundries for pixel development. Your experience in manufacturing processes and simulations will be key to pushing the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead innovative pixel architecture design

• Improve performance metrics for existing pixels

• Conduct optoelectronic and device modeling

• Collaborate with foundries on pixel advancements

• Mentor entry-level pixel technology designers

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in semiconductor physics or similar

• Minimum 3 years in process/device simulations

• Knowledge of advanced pixel design techniques

• Strong analog circuit expertise for image sensors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
