Battery Prototyping and Testing Specialist

Location: Southwestern Ontario

This role requires meticulous management of the Ontario Battery and Electrochemistry Research Centre's lab operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize slurries for battery manufacturing processes

• Operate various battery testing equipment

• Train academic and industry users on lab procedures

• Maintain clean and organized lab facilities

• Process and analyze working data for external researchers

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering

• Direct experience in battery prototyping and testing

• Knowledge of battery electrochemistry and performance metrics

• Skills in troubleshooting and equipment calibration

• Understanding of laboratory safety regulations
