As a Corrosion Engineer II, your expertise in corrosion control will be pivotal for infrastructure protection. You should have at least three years of corrosion engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Electrical, or Materials. Field testing and client report preparation are key components of this vital position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate cathodic protection and corrosion systems
• Conduct field tests to collect and assess vital data
• Monitor construction projects for specification compliance
• Perform post-installation surveys and energize rectifier systems
• Provide final client reports with service recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering
• AMPP CP Certification is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years corrosion engineering experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel overnight when needed
