At Blackline Safety, we seek a Senior Hardware Engineer, part of a growing team committed to ensuring every worker returns home safely. This role involves electrical architecture, schematic designs, and PCB layout oversight for high-quality connected devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address system requirements and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and verify printed circuit boards (PCBs) and overall systems
• Collaborate on defining system requirements and design constraints
• Diagnose and resolve electrical-related issues effectively
• Provide regular updates to product leads on progress
• Travel within Canada and internationally as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in high-volume electronic product design
• Strong EE fundamentals with practical debugging experience
• Proficient in HDI designs using Altium Designer
• Familiarity with lab tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters
