Position: Mechanical Designer for Autonomous Robotics
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Utilize your mechanical design expertise to develop cutting-edge Autonomous Mobile Robots at our innovative company. This hands-on role involves creating reliable subsystems and collaborating within a dynamic robotics team.

As a Mechanical Designer, you will lead the development of mechanical systems for AMRs. With a minimum of five years in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, you'll leverage advanced CAD skills, specifically in Solid Works. Your contributions will influence system architecture and enhance product reliability through thorough analysis and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design chassis, suspension, and payload structures for AMRs

• Conduct structural, thermal, and vibration analysis

• Debug and validate designs through hands-on testing

• Collaborate with suppliers on component qualifications

• Maintain technical documentation and service manuals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum 5 years relevant mechanical design experience

• Advanced Solid Works and CAD software proficiency

• Experience in mobile robotics and reliability engineering

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
