As part of the Construction Services, Materials Engineering and Laboratory Group, you will contribute to asphalt materials testing and laboratory operations. This entry-level position requires collaboration with engineers and skilled professionals, allowing you to gain hands-on experience while supporting critical infrastructure projects across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct asphalt testing per ASTM and AASHTO standards

• Generate accurate lab data for engineering analysis

• Maintain lab environment hygiene and safety

• Collaborate with team members on quality management

• Manage materials and samples from delivery to disposal

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology

• 1 to 3 years of asphalt testing experience

• Current CCIL Type B Certification or working toward it

• Familiarity with testing standards and lab methodologies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
