Position: Experienced Chief Engineer for Powerhouse Operations
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Become an integral part of the management team as a Chief Engineer supporting a high-pressure steam plant in Windsor-Essex, ON. Focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance.

This role calls for an experienced Chief Engineer to assist in the operation and maintenance of our utility systems. You will play a key role in coordinating repairs, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with Ontario regulations. Strong communication and team dynamics are essential for success, along with keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operation of air compressors and refrigeration systems

• Assist in maintenance coordination and preventive repairs

• Ensure compliance documentation and operational logs are accurate

• Facilitate contractor coordination for service and support

• Promote adherence to health and safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario 1st Class Operating Engineer License

• Minimum 2 years in a 1st Class role

• 5 years of 2nd Class Engineering experience required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Capacity to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
