In this role, you will lead the integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components in groundbreaking products. You will take charge of design calculations and system simulations, working alongside various engineering disciplines to ensure product success. Your expertise will be crucial in developing manufacturing-friendly designs and guiding junior team members through the engineering process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the design and development of mechatronic systems
• Collaborate in the layout and testing of PCBs
• Develop controls and algorithms for advanced applications
• Lead the creation of high-performance mechanical components
• Foster continuous improvement and technical issue resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or related field
• At least four years in product design and development
• Knowledge of simulation tools like FLUX & Hyper Study
• Specific experience with PCB design and system testing preferred
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
