As a Program Engineer, you report to the Engineering Manager and focus on enhancing product quality and launch timelines. Your responsibilities include managing documentation, supporting prototype delivery, and maintaining critical quality systems. This position requires strong collaboration skills with customers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product launch activities and timelines

• Coordinate the acquisition and installation of manufacturing equipment

• Document and develop quality planning and control strategies

• Maintain customer communication on engineering changes

• Support problem-solving for production quality issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with relevant experience

• APQP knowledge and hands-on manufacturing expertise

• Strong project management skills in dynamic settings

• Proficient in technical documentation and CAD tools

• Ability to travel for customer support
