Field Engineer for Gold Processing

WSP seeks a Field Engineer experienced in industrial construction, specifically in mining projects.

Your role will involve connecting engineering and execution while ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, rotational on-site environment to bring the facility to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering and contractor activities for project success

• Provide technical guidance during construction phases

• Monitor execution to comply with project requirements

• Support installation of mechanical, electrical, and civil components

• Resolve technical challenges to maintain project momentum

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical

• At least 7 years of field engineering experience

• Experience in mining or mineral processing is an asset

• Strong understanding of Canadian construction practices

• Proven decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
