Sensor Characterization Co-op at Teledyne

Join Teledyne Technologies for a 4-month Fall Co-op as a Sensor Characterization Specialist. Contribute to evaluating the performance of cutting-edge CMOS Image Sensors in a dynamic environment.

In this exciting Co-op role, the successful applicant will characterize and evaluate Teledyne's latest CMOS Image Sensors. Close collaboration with Image Sensor Designers will provide hands-on experience with electronic lab equipment and software to verify internal functions and performance metrics. You'll report findings to Project Leaders and may address customer issues to enhance sensor functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Characterize and evaluate CMOS Image Sensor performance

• Operate sensors using specialized lab equipment

• Measure electrical and electro-optical performance parameters

• Collaborate with design teams to improve sensor specifications

• Investigate issues and suggest performance enhancements

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Science, Engineering, or Math undergraduate program

• Familiarity with MS Office applications

• Basic knowledge of Python 3 and Matlab

• Experience with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters

• Strong analytical skills to resolve technical issues
