Senior Engineer for Track Design Projects

GHD is looking for a Senior Track Engineer to oversee innovative projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Take advantage of a hybrid work model while enhancing your technical leadership skills.
As a Senior Track Engineer, you will direct the design efforts for rail and transit projects, guiding your team through coordination and technical challenges. Your expertise in track design will ensure that projects meet the highest standards. Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and be the crucial link between engineering and construction teams to foster successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of track design initiatives

• Formulate and review technical project scopes

• Facilitate design meetings to resolve key challenges

• Ensure compliance with Canadian rail standards

• Oversee the review process for shop drawings
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario

• Minimum 15 years in rail engineering

• Skilled in 3D design of track systems

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
