CSMC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development of manufacturing systems for next-generation technologies. You will play a pivotal role in creating manufacturing strategies while collaborating with design and supply chain teams. Ideal candidates have experience launching new production lines and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing strategy development for new product lines

• Implement and design workflows and manufacturing cells

• Define tooling, workstations, and equipment needs

• Support new product introductions and transition to production

• Establish process qualification and validation plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in complex manufacturing environments

• Proven experience with new product launches

• Strong understanding of GD&T, welding, and manufacturing processes

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
