Steelway Building Systems is seeking an Engineering Manager in Ontario to lead the engineering group, ensure compliant, high‑quality designs, and drive efficiency across departments. You will mentor EITs and engineers, set standards, and align with production and procurement teams.
Required are a Civil Engineering degree, PEO licensure, and 10+ years of steel design experience with 5–10 engineers guided. A strong emphasis on communication and process improvement is essential.
