This technical role emphasizes developing and validating calibration techniques while ensuring high measurement accuracy and consistency across various systems. You will employ advanced methodologies in RF measurement theory, signal processing, and practical application. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact on measurement science at Palitronica.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own RF measurement calibration methodologies and corrections

• Develop and validate advanced calibration techniques like SOLT and TRL

• Investigate advanced de-embedding and fixture-removal techniques

• Apply time-domain analysis methods to improve accuracy

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data reflects the physical RF systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in relevant fields

• Extensive experience with RF measurements and vector network analyzers

• Strong knowledge of VNA architecture and calibration error models

• Experience in Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ for measurement systems

• Ability to analyze unexplained measurement effects
