In this role, you will manage installation, setup, and training while ensuring ongoing support for customers in automotive manufacturing. With a focus on project management, you’ll gather crucial feedback for Application Engineering and Product Development teams. This position requires a blend of mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage installation and setup of hardware and software
• Provide ongoing customer training and support
• Gather feedback for engineering and marketing teams
• Coordinate multiple ongoing customer projects
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point
• Excellent customer relations skills
