The University of Waterloo's Giga-to-Nanoelectronics Laboratory seeks a Research Microfabrication Equipment Technologist to maintain the lab’s microfabrication and foundry tools, support internal and external users, and ensure safe, reliable procedures.
Master’s degree in engineering or Ph.D. preferred, with five years in cleanroom operations and hands-on experience with thin-film and vacuum deposition equipment, and semiconductor fabrication systems. Strong collaboration and mentorship required.
