Join Palitronica as an Expert RF Measurement & Calibration Engineer, where you will innovate RF measurement techniques and improve calibration methods.

In this robust role, you will be instrumental in advancing the science of RF characterization for Anvil’s system. You will use your expertise in measurement validation, calibration accuracy, and signal processing to drive innovations in RF measurements. This position entails thorough investigation of calibration methods and the establishment of measurement-science practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical methodology for RF calibration and verification

• Explore advanced de-embedding techniques and fixture removal

• Understand and mitigate measurement drift over time

• Develop calibration workflows using Python or MATLAB

• Produce validation experiments for calibration algorithms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in relevant area

• Significant background in RF/microwave measurement

• Deep knowledge of calibration error models

• Strong mathematical background in signal processing

• Capability in developing automated measurement systems
