Dillon is seeking a Structural Engineer with strong leadership and technical capabilities to join our Transportation Structures Discipline. This role involves overseeing structural design and management across various projects, emphasizing client satisfaction in the transportation market. You will collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and engage with government and contractor clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide design leadership for bridges and culverts

• Manage project schedules and client engagements

• Review specifications and shop drawings effectively

• Collaborate with sub-consultants on project delivery

• Support business development and new proposals

Requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering; graduate degree preferred

• Professional engineering license or eligibility

• 7-10 years of structural design experience

• Proficient in SAP
2000, CSiBridge, or STAAD

• Strong communication and team leadership skills
