You will actively engage with municipal clients to develop strategies for sustainable infrastructure management. Your responsibilities will span from project leadership to community engagement, ensuring successful project delivery and relationship building. This position offers the flexibility to work from any Dillon office in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of strategic Asset Management plans
• Actively pursue business development opportunities
• Advise municipalities on implementing effective investment strategies
• Oversee projects, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines
• Facilitate community discussions and workshops
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related area
• P.Eng. license in Ontario essential
• 8–10 years of expertise in municipal asset management
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in conveying technical information clearly
