Become a part of the Cineplex team as an Amusement Cashier at The Rec Room in London, Ontario. Provide a fun and engaging experience for guests while managing cash transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering memorable entertainment experiences consistent with The Rec Room standards. As an Amusement Cashier, you'll manage cash handling, educate guests on various attractions, and promote special events. Your excellent customer service skills will help ensure guests have a fantastic visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure counter cleanliness and proper stocking
• Deliver exceptional service to patrons
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Inform guests about pricing and events
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in customer service is beneficial
• Good communication and quick addition skills
• Able to manage a busy counter environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
