Senior Operations Associate – Canada Life
Reporting to the Associate Manager of Administration, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of financial and non‑financial transactions for our clients’ mutual fund accounts in support of our distribution partners.
What you will do- Processing complex transactions to mutual fund accounts
- Reviewing transactions entered by advisors
- Communicating with advisors’ requirements to turn "not in good order" trades into "in good order" trades
- Understanding the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines, Quadrus and fund company business processes
- Tracking and reporting activity
- Meeting service standards to minimize financial impact
- Completion of the IFIC Operations and/or Investment Funds Course is an asset
- Previous experience in a role communicating with Advisors is an asset
- Working knowledge of the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines and Quadrus & fund company business processes is an asset
- Excellent written communication skills

The base salary for this position is between $43,400 - $65,100 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
