Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Reporting

• Lead and support financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Review and assess internal controls and accounting procedures
• Provide audit readiness support and liaise with external auditors
• Analyze financial statements and identify process improvement opportunities
• Oversee general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support operational finance functions within a manufacturing environment
• Provide recommendations to strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Controller
• Strong audit background (public accounting preferred)
• Big 4 experience considered a strong asset
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Professional designation (CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
