Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

Our client, an industry leader in continuous materials processing, is seeking a highly capable Controller to support their recently expanded North American operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Controller will be responsible for accurate month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting to Corporate Head Office, which will include KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. This senior finance role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights and owns standard costing, inventory, and fixed asset management to drive margin improvement and operational performance.

The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to enhance ERP-driven financial systems through automation and stronger controls. We are looking for candidates with a CPA designation, 5-10 years of progressive Sr. Accounting experiences in a manufacturing environment, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insight.

This Controllership role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented leader aligned with the organization’s growth strategy and long-term vision.
