We are seeking a highly capable Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Systems Support team. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation (CPA designation preferred), demonstrated technical aptitude, and hands‑on experience with Net Suite ERP. This role focuses on enhancing and supporting Finance processes through effective use of Net Suite, including system configuration, process improvements, change support and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• Design and implement Net Suite configuration changes to support Finance and revenue processes, including workflows approval routing, roles and permissions, custom fields, forms, and system preferences, in alignment with established standards and priorities.
• Collaborate with other BAS teams to ensure successful integration of Net Suite with other systems and applications.
• Partner with Accounting, Revenue, and Tax stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and recommend system solutions, escalating risks, trade‑offs, and design considerations as needed.
• Support Finance and revenue processes within Net Suite, including billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, reporting, and month‑end and quarter‑end close activities.
• Support close cycles by investigating and resolving system‑related issues, data discrepancies, and process gaps that impact financial reporting.
• Execute impact analysis, testing, and deployment activities for system changes, ensuring changes are well‑tested and communicated prior to release.
• Act as a functional subject matter expert for translating accounting and finance requirements into Net Suite configuration and system behavior.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for system configurations, controls, and Finance‑related process flows.
• Support audit and compliance activities by assisting with evidence preparation, walkthroughs, and remediation actions.
• Communicate system changes and impacts clearly to Finance users and stakeholders, supporting adoption and proper usage.
• Identify improvement opportunities related to automation, data quality, and process efficiency, and bring recommendations forward for review and prioritization.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations of new modules or functionalities related to finance and accounting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Systems roles within an ERP‑enabled environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, revenue processes, month‑end / quarter‑end close, order to cash and procure to pay.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to design, assess, and implement Finance system solutions beyond day‑to‑day administration.
• Hands‑on experience supporting ERP systems, including data structures, workflows, and integration methods. Net Suite experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate accounting and business requirements into scalable ERP configuration, including workflows approvals, controls, and reporting.
• Experience operating in a SOX‑controlled or audited environment, with accountability for system controls, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
• Ability to own outcomes for Finance system changes, including impact assessment, testing, and deployment with minimal disruption to close and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence and advise Finance, Revenue, Tax, and Audit stakeholders without formal authority.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with comfort explaining complex accounting and system topics to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
