Position: Senior Financial Leadership Interim Role
Join as an Interim Director of Finance and provide transformative leadership during a critical transition period. This interim role, expected through the end of 2026, may evolve into a full-time position.

In this key position, you will be responsible for maintaining continuity of finance operations while supporting the organization through significant changes. Your leadership will guide the finance team and ensure precise financial oversight, including budgeting and reporting, in partnership with senior leadership and the Finance Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance functions and provide strategic leadership

• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial initiatives

• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting tasks

• Ensure operational continuity during organizational transitions

• Evaluate financial processes, reporting, and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required for this role

• Proven senior leadership in finance at a director or similar level

• Background in nonprofit finance is highly advantageous

• Strong expertise in financial reporting and risk controls

• Experience leading teams through organizational transformation
